uchi Houston!

uchi Houston will finally open its doors beginning of February - GO! We went to their friends & family event this week and sat at the sushi bar. They didn't have the tasting menu available yet so we just had our chef pick whatever dishes he wanted. We've always loved uchi & uchiko in Austin so we were so excited when we heard they were opening one down here! Apparently they're booked for the next three months, but you can always try walking in.
