I don't know if I'm ready for the new year, but my nails are.

I can't believe it's almost 2012, I'm still writing 2010 sometimes (but then again, I'm still saying I'm 21 sometimes). Anyway, my nails were painted with Milani Jewel FX Gold Nail Polish. You can also DIY with clear nail polish and gold sparkly glitter or multi colored glitter too! Finish it off with another layer of clear nail polish to make it smooth on top, then you're good to go.

How to: Fishtail Braid

For those days when you haven't washed your hair (they say it's better if you don't wash your hair everyday, so hey it's ok.) or you just want to do something a little different, try a fishtail braid! LC does an easy to follow how to video on it. I pull some hair out of the braid at the end to make it a bit messy, here's my shot at it:

Breakfast loves me and I love breakfast! You have to go to moneycat brunch. We went there today and it was one of those meals where I was already full half-way through but didn't care to practice restraint, and after every bite my eyes rolled to the back of my head (yeah, it was that good). They don't have a website (Sam heard through word of mouth), but that link will bring you to their info, GO! and go soon, it's just a pop up restaurant until the chefs start their own restaurants.
